Payment & Refund Policy

Payment :

1. Your subscription is subject to the below terms and conditions:

1. In consideration of the fee received, Company shall provide access of the lead/s who qualify for your listings along with certain other deliverables as mutually decided between the parties.
2. Units listed by a you shall be listed on the Platform and be visible to a User on the basis of the Filters applied by the User. You agree that certain Units may not be visible as Preferential Slots if Filters are applied by Users. You acknowledge that Company does not have any control over the Filters applied by the user
3. For the purposes of this subscription, you acknowledge that Company may request for and host all or any of the following information in relation to a Unit:
   • The total carpet and built up area of the Unit in square foot.
   • Price per square foot.
   • Exact geographical location and postal address.
   • Any other data that Company may require to list the Unit.

2. Company shall make its best endeavours to host information and display results for each Unit uploaded by you during the Term within the Preferential Slot. However, Company shall not be liable and does not guarantee or commit any of the following to you:

1. Any minimum number of Leads generated as a result of subscription
2. Any order of display of Units that may be part of the Preferential Slots.

3. Company maintains a software to track the total number of Units hosted on its Platform and the total visibility generated for a Unit. Company uses this pre existing preferences for listing with or without the application of any Filters. In the event of any dispute as to the above, the data and search results as recorded in the aforesaid software shall be final and binding upon the Parties. You expressly waive its rights to challenge in any manner whatsoever or to protest against the results of such software.

4. You hereby confirm that you will comply with all applicable laws while uploading the listings on the website. Further you hereby confirm that you have all the rights to upload the listing and / or content posted on the site and it’s not in violation of any of the laws as may be applicable at that time.

5. In case of any breach of any terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify the Company and its employees and officers against any and all liabilities, losses or damages arising from such breach.

6. The Intellectual Property created by the Company with respect to the listings so created shall remain with the Company.

7. Company shall reserve the exclusive right to cancel any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode.

Refund :

1. The package shall only be for a single duration without providing for any gap in between. Therefore, no cancellation/termination is allowed once the package has been activated

2. In case the package is not activated within one month of receipt of payment either due to a request by the customer or due to any delay on the part of customer, the order shall be treated as cancelled and the Company shall not be required to refund the payment against such package.

3. Once the package has gone live on the company website, the customer cannot ask for cancellation and no refund shall be processed against such cancellation

4. Refund, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Company only. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
