Terms and Conditions for TheBasera.com Refer and Earn Program
Eligibility
The Refer and Earn program is open to all registered users of TheBasera.com.
Referrers and referees must be at least 18 years old.
Employees, agents, or partners of The Basera and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Referral Process
The referrer must submit accurate details of the referee (name, email, and phone number).
Referrals will only be valid if the referee registers on TheBasera.com using the unique referral link provided by the referrer.
The referee must complete the required action (e.g., posting a property listing, signing up for a premium service, etc.) for the referral to be considered successful.
Rewards
Referrers will earn [specific reward, e.g Earn pto Rs. 250 or more] for successful referrals.
The reward will only be issued after verification of the referee’s completed action.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Limitations
Each referrer can refer up to 10 individuals per month.
Duplicate referrals or self-referrals will not be rewarded.
Referrals made using fake accounts, bots, or any fraudulent means will be disqualified.
Program Period
The Basera reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
Disqualification
The Basera reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Any misuse or abuse of the program will result in the cancellation of rewards and potential account suspension.
Modification and Termination
The Basera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or its terms and conditions at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The Basera is not responsible for any technical issues, such as connectivity problems, errors in submissions, or delays in processing referrals.
