These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Packers & Movers Services (“Service”) provided by The Basera (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By availing of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The Basera facilitates Packers & Movers Services by outsourcing relocation, transportation, and related services to third-party logistics providers (“Service Providers”). The Company acts only as a facilitator and does not provide moving services directly.
2. Scope of Services
Assistance in residential and commercial property relocation.
Coordination with third-party packers and movers for safe and efficient transportation of goods.
Optional services such as packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and temporary storage, as per the selected package.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information regarding pickup and drop-off locations, inventory, and special handling requirements.
Ensure proper packaging of valuables and fragile items, if not opting for professional packing services.
Acknowledge that The Basera only facilitates the service and is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by the third-party service provider.
4. Fees & Payments
Service charges will be communicated at the time of booking based on the selected package and service requirements.
Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Any additional charges for extra services or special requirements will be informed before proceeding.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Basera is not responsible for the handling, transportation, or condition of goods moved by third-party service providers.
The Company does not guarantee the safety or timely delivery of items, as these factors depend on the service provider’s policies and external circumstances.
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Third-Party Involvement
The Basera acts only as an intermediary and does not assume any legal responsibility for the actions, damages, or service quality of third-party packers and movers.
Any claims regarding loss, damage, or delays must be addressed directly with the respective service provider as per their terms and policies.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All user-provided information will be handled with confidentiality.
We may share necessary details with third-party service providers solely for service execution.
Data protection measures will be in place as per applicable laws.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the initiation of the moving process.
No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30-45 business days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The Basera harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of this service.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Kota, Rajasthan.
11. Amendments
