The Basera provides Property Advertising & Lead Generation Services through its own marketing channels, including social media platforms, Google Ads, thebasera.com and other online or offline advertising sources based on the selected package.
The Company does not outsource advertising services to third-party providers and does not guarantee specific results.
2. Scope of Services
Property listing and advertisement on The Basera platform.
Promotion of properties through The Basera’s social media channels and online marketing campaigns.
Lead generation and facilitation of connections between property owners and potential buyers or tenants.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete property details for listing and advertising.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property transactions.
Understand that lead generation does not guarantee successful transactions.
4. Fees & Payments
The service charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable once the process begins.
Additional charges, if any, will be informed before proceeding.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Basera is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or success of leads generated.
We do not guarantee any sale, rental, or lease of properties through our platform.
Delays caused by market conditions or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All user-provided information will be handled with confidentiality.
We do not share user data with third parties except as necessary for service execution.
Data protection measures will be in place as per applicable laws.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the initiation of the advertising process.
No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30-45 business days.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The Basera harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of this service.
